Wetting Agent Surface active wetting agent for rapid wetting of asbestos containing materials and other particulate matter. The product breaks down the surface tension of water allowing it to penetrate the toughest sprayed, troweled or cementitious asbestos material. Its chemical bonding process surrounds the asbestos fiber and weighs it down preventing the fiber from becoming airborne. Control Wetting Agent significantly slows the evaporation rate of water so the waste material stays wet longer. The product does not harden, crust or leave residual matter after removal. Concentrated formula dilutes 3:1 with water. Non -toxic, environmentally safe and non-combustible. Spray TAC Adhesive Fast acting pressure sensitive spray adhesive specially formulated for adhering polyethylene films to other surfaces. Spray both surfaces and the adhesive creates a permanent bond. Spray one surface for a temporary hold. Web lace spray pattern gives good even coverage and low soak-in for a strong bond.
